Cleopatra, page 24.

Friday, September 15th, 2006

Page 24 of Cleopatra issue 1, from Moonstone books. This page has been 90% finished for months. Today I did all the smoke and flames in the background of the first panel, finally finishing it off. I’m about halfway through the second issue, but due to my lack of attention span there are still a few details left on the first issue. One down…

The proofs are in !

Wednesday, September 13th, 2006

I got the proofs back from the printer for WAHOO MORRIS Book One today and they are lookin’ good, if I do say so myself!

I was a little worried as I used a different layout program this time around, but my fears were unfounded. It looks like I’ll have a nice looking book in my hands in a few weeks time.

The Blog Is Live!

Friday, September 8th, 2006

For better or for worse, I have directed the blog to be the main page.

There are still a few kinks, especially in the way different browsers view the text, and most of the “home” links point to the old index.html page which is no longer there.

I will be updating all the links to get everything working, and hopefully working out the bugs over the next few weeks.

SPX: The Small Press Expo

Wednesday, September 6th, 2006

I will be setting up and displaying at the Small Press Expo in Bethesda, Maryland, on the 13th and 14th of October.

It’s been a few years since I’ve attended SPX, and I’ve heard it’s grown quite a bit, but I enjoyed my first time and I’m looking forward to the show this year. I will have copies of the new Wahoo Morris TPB for sale, as well as original art from the series, and a few other goodies on hand.

Please do stop by and say hello if you are at the show.
